PATCH Career Institute is not an accredited institution because we do not offer degree programs. We offer certificate programs only and we are licensed by the state of South Carolina. Students are able to become certified depending on the course in which they enroll in.
Is PATCH Career Institute an accredited institution?
PATCH Career Institute does not require a high school diploma or GED in order to enroll. Students may register for classes and certification exams without a high school diploma or GED. However, PATCH Career Institute does not guarantee that students will be employable without a high school diploma or GED after certification.
Will I be able to take my certification exam with PATCH Career Institute?
Those interested in attending PATCH Career Institute must be 18+ and without any felonies.
Does PATCH Career Institute guarantee job placement?
What are the requirements in order to attend PATCH Career Institute?
SNAP recipients can apply for the Pathway Scholarship sponsored by DSS. If this does not apply to you, we do allow students to be paid for by another agency (sponsorships).
There are payment plans available for most of our courses.
PATCH Career Institute does not guarantee job placement. Upon completion of the course, PATCH Career Institute can offer suggestions to students of where they should apply.
Depending on the course, some students will be able to take their certification exam on site. Other students will be required to take their exam at a different testing location.
Does PATCH Career Institute offer any financial aid, grants, or scholarships?
After successful completion of a course at PATCH, what's next?
After successful completion of a course at PATCH Career Institute, students will receive a certificate of completion. Depending on the course, students will then be eligible to register for the certification exam.
